A SailTime Long Island Bay Pass Club Membership provides individuals an opportunity to use our quality SailTime day-sail fleet on demand. Like regular SailTime Members, Bay Pass Club Members use a web-based, real-time scheduling program to conveniently plan sailing times for the month ahead.

Our on-line scheduler shows available sail times for each month allowing Bay Pass Members to choose which sailing dates are convenient for them. The scheduler updates as each sail time is filled. Thus, as a Bay Pass Club Member, you are able to check the schedule and make reservations at any hour of the day.

Sign up for the 2008 season by January 15, 2008 and receive a 15% discount off 2008 Bay Pass Club Membership and FREE ASA101 training and Certification**.

Membership may start anytime and runs through the end of the season. Fees may be prorated at the discretion of SailTime Long Island. Bay Pass Club Member boats are available from May 1st through October 31st and there is no limit on how often a yacht may be used.

Bay Pass Club Membership Includes:

· ASA101 Basic Keelboat training and certification for primary Member**
· Unlimited use of our day-sail fleet (based in East Patchogue) for the entire season (one 6 hr. session per day), boats must be returned by sunset
· All memberships are family memberships meaning that anyone in the family (qualified dependent family members living at home may use the boats)
· No charge for guests
· Special Bay Pass Club Member discounts on Bareboat charters on any of our larger SailTime Long Island Boats
· Special Bay Pass Club Member discounts on ASA training and certifications (based in East Patchogue)
· Enjoy the pleasure of sailing without the expense
· Season runs from May 1st through - October 15th

Operator is responsible for the lesser of any insurance deductible or up to $2000 per vessel to repair damage to yacht(s) caused by the ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE of collision with another vessel or grounding. Operator is fully liable for damage (including loss of use) to yacht (s) caused by GROSS NEGLIGENCE
